"I had an amazing experience with getting my insurance reinstated. My representative was Josh and he did an excellent job in helping me as well as my daughter get the best rate for our vehicles Very understanding helpful and so polite. "Awesome! I was in the process of looking for new home and auto coverage. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel as if he understood my needs. I am excited to be a new client! ***NEW REVIEW I feel like I was duped. When I initially spoke with Mr Manzon he led me to believe that his office would be contacting my mortgage company to update my insurance information. Apparently it didn’t happen as I received a notice of cancellation due to nonpayment. I immediately forwarded the email to his office…no response. I called..not their problem (the woman I spoke with was very unfriendly). WISH I HAD NEVER CALLED THIS MAN."

"Here it goes, Rudy, your first bad review. I don't know what these people have going on at this office, but allowing me to continue to be on my father's insurance policy long after he's canceled it is not only wrong but illegal. It wasn't being explained to me fully how it worked, just that since I'm under 25 if I didn't stay on his policy the insurance would go up and so then I ASKED TO RECEIVE A QUOTE FOR MY OWN POLICY ANYWAY WHICH WAS NEVER GIVEN TO ME! This was all back in November. So, of course, time goes by, and I forget about that quote I requested, unlike these people, I don't have time to sit in an office and twiddle my thumbs while scamming people all day. So then, once I realized my insurance payment didn't go thru for last month (which I was never notified of), I then again requested to have my own policy. Well, at this point, it's taken well over a week now to get any information back about how much it would be or just any information at all... just "underwriting" will take a few business days. (It's been like 10 and also that's the same grift they all use.) Instead because of their super shady business practices I went with another company yesterday for my insurance and called Rudy himself to cancel "my" policy as I wouldn't trust these people to insure a slice of bread let alone a car. I then also told him to email me CONFIRMING THE POLICY IS CANCELED. STILL NO EMAIL. Instead, I got an email this morning telling me I've got a bill coming up that's due 3/9/25 for $686.54. I JUST WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CANCELED IT YESTERDAY! ALSO, I just paid $400 something not even 10 days ago (the 12th, today is the 22nd) that was supposed to run me thru until at least the 12th of next month, March. The problem I have is that's 3 days before when any payment should be due, I've not even been notified OF ANY POLICY CHANGES OTHER THAN IT'S BEEN REINSTATED (AGAIN MY FATHER'S POLICY HE CANCELLED IN NOVEMBER BY THE WAY), and the price that I was charged on the 12th of this month (February) was the same as for an entire month of coverage as I was paying. So these people are being so totally vague, so totally illegitimate in how they conduct their business. If you try canceling with them, then make sure you pray the rosary before you do. Nothing they have going on is being explained, emailed, talked about, or anything. Communication from them is completely lackluster, to say the least, and their practices of reinstating people's insurance policies who should no longer have one with them, but then keeping their kids on just for the sake of a discount is ILLEGAL. Do you not see??? If I was in an accident, then it would be on my father's head this entire time. The policy under his name should not have been allowed to be reinstated even if I said "ok" to it. I'm not the policy holder! I requested to be at least a couple of times on my own to no avail! And now I got this bill in my email. It's totally wrong, frustrating, and a WASTE OF TIME I DON'T HAVE UNLIKE THESE PEOPLE. DON'T BILL ME AGAIN RUDY!!!!!"
